This is a project we are pursuing together with Paul, another group of designers working on Pigneto: below is the text of presentation the project, then the pictures of the design and construction of the prototype.

The benches designed by the group Roman Paula (www.allaboutpaula.com) in collaboration with Rota-lab (Www.rote-lab.com) were designed for the event ARTCONVENTIONAL held in Rome last June 14.
The event / exhibition city, provided for the participation of 13 artists on one side about 200 meters long, lots of sunshine and a few chairs ... So there was the need to rest and sit the guests as well as visitors ...
We decided to make a bench from the irregular geometries and strong, easy to assemble and disassemble, and offered an opportunity for artists invited to give free rein to their creativity by working on the same benches.
The result is a series of unique pieces of art-design that have thrilled us and the public and of which we are fierce. The bench
can be purchased as a chair or alternatively can be designed for wall mounting as a standard framework.
We hope this project will have further follow-up, we are currently looking for artists interested in customizing our bench ...
We are currently involved in the creation of the website, a sort of online gallery where you can see and buy, in the preparation of the catalog, and search for events / exhibitions which are interested in hosting!
